Hôm nay ngày thứ bảy, 8 tháng 4 năm 2017, nhằm ngày 12 tháng 3 năm Đinh Dậu, là ngày lành tháng tốt  mà hai họ chúng con gồm, gia đình đàn trai: ông bà Michael và Lulie Partoglou & gia đình đàn gái là Trương Nhị Hưng và Bùi Thị Vĩnh, cùng nhau quyết định tác lễ thành hôn cho hai cháu : Trương Bích Thúy Vy Violet, pd: Như Thiện , và Mitchell James Partoglou

 

Kính bạch trên chư tôn đức, do duyên nợ từ trước mà nay hai cháu Violet Thúy Vy và Mitchell đã gặp lại nhau, quen biết, thương yêu nhau và giờ này được phép tác thành phu phụ, từ đây hai cháu sẽ sống chung với nhau, để chia bùi sẻ ngọt với nhau trong cuộc sống, nhưng hạnh phúc lứa đôi có bền chặt lâu dài hay không là điều mà khó ai có thể biết trước được, bổn phận làm cha làm mẹ, chúng con luôn cầu nguyện mười phương chư Phật gia hộ cho hai cháu được sống trong niềm tin Chánh Pháp, sống hạnh phúc lứa đôi, trong mái ấm gia đình cho đến ngày răng long tóc bạc.

 

Là đệ tử Phật, chúng con hiểu rõ hạnh phúc của con người phát xuất từ sự an tỉnh của nội tâm, sống trong đạo đức, tin sâu giáo lý nhân quả, đem niềm vui đến cho người, mình sẽ được hạnh phúc, tạo sự khổ đau cho người, mình sẽ chịu sự bất hạnh, nên chúng con luôn chánh niệm, tỉnh giác, cẩn thận trong lời nói, trong việc làm, để  vĩnh viễn xa lìa nẽo ác, an trú trong đời sống  thiện lành, thương yêu, tin tưởng lẫn nhau, để sống bên nhau và luôn hướng tâm đến đời sống tâm linh cao thượng và trong sáng.

 

Hôm nay gia đình hai họ chúng con cùng về Tu Viện Quảng Đức, thành tâm đối trước Phật đài trang nghiêm, cúng dường chút ít tịnh tài tịnh vật nhân lễ hằng thuận cầu an cho hai cháu, ngưỡng mong trên chư Tôn Đức từ bi chứng minh và làm lễ hằng thuận cho hai cháu được hạnh phúc trong Chánh của Đức Như Lai.

Every morning when I read the news, there are so many reports on war and destruction happening all over the world. This sometimes leads me to feel overwhelmed, helpless and somewhat guiltyfor the relatively peaceful life I have. Seven Wonders of the Buddhist World | BBC Documentary | with English Subtitles, Over thirty years ago I sat and watched a programme on British television about Tutankhamen. I still remember the frisson - the realisation that the stories I'd heard; of boy-kings dripping in gold; of hidden burial chambers and court intrigue could, sometimes, be true.
