Tiệc Chay Gây Quỹ 2023 hổ trợ Đại Lễ Vesak (Friendship Dinner) tại Chùa Quang Minh, Victoria, Úc Châu

Trân trọng kính cung thỉnh chư vị Tăng Ni và kính mời quý đồng hương Phật Tử tham dự ngày Đại Lễ Phật Đản, Thành Đạo và Nhập Niết Bàn năm 2023. Ngày: Thứ Bảy 13 tháng 5, 2023. Địa điểm: 576 Victoria Parade East Melbourne. Góc đường Victoria Parade và đường Hoddle Street Catholic Leadership Center. Giờ: Có mặt lúc 9:45 am tại địa điểm. Có lễ sớt bát, cúng dường chư vị Tăng Ni , đi diễu hành qua phố phường tại Thành phố Melbourne cuối cùng rồi đến tòa Thị Sảnh ( Melbourne TownHall ) cùng nhau cử hành Đại Lễ. Lưu Ý: Phần cúng dường chư vị Tăng Ni do Phật tử chùa Quang Minh hỉ cúng. Phần lunch của Phật tử do chùa Từ Quang đảm trách Phần nước do ban tổ chức chịu trách nhiệm. Cách đi : Lấy xe lửa đến trạm North Richmond. Rồi lấy xe tram số 12, 109 hay Bus , 905, 906, 907 hoặc 302 tới góc đường Victoria Parade và Hoddle Street thì xuống. Victorian United Nations Day of Vesak 2643 (2019) Commemorating the Lord Buddha's Birth,Enlightenment and Passing Saturday: May 4, 2019 in the City of Melbourne Vesak Celebrations Program * Sangha Dana Lunch Offering: 10am, St Peters Eastern Hill Anglican Church Hall, 15 Gisborne Street, East Melbourne. * Vesak Procession & Friendship Walk In the Heart of Melbourne with Traditional Drummers, Buddha Floats, Flags, Lanterns, the colours of Victoria’s Buddhist Community. Starts at 1pm - Parliament Gardens Reserve (assemble from 12.15pm) Corner of Nicholson Street Extension (diagonally opposite The Princess Theatre) & Albert Streets, East Melbourne. Procession proceeds along Spring Street and Collins Street to the Melbourne Town Hall. Corner of Swanston & Collins. Public and metro car parking nearby.

This year 2017 in celebration of our 10th Anniversary, the Victorian United Nations Day of Vesak Inc. Association has had designed, printed and made new Bodhi Leaf banners for participating Temples and groups (35 Temples and groups) in this years Vesak Procession & Friendship Walk; and as part of the Commemoration Opening Ceremony at the Town Hall.
